Hi everyone!
I’m really happy to share my latest portfolio piece: "Guardian Annhylde," based on the incredible concept art by Sergey Gurskiy at Mooncolony for Hearthstone.

For this project, I created the blockout and base meshes in Maya. Then, I moved to ZBrush for the high-poly stage, hand-sculpting only the fine details since I aimed to keep the base meshes as close to the final forms as possible.
The UVs were done in Maya, and I used Marmoset Toolbag 4 for the baking process. For the texturing in Substance Painter, I used a mix of hand-painted techniques and procedural noises to achieve the final look. Afterward, I built a simple rig in Blender to pose the model.
Finally, I imported everything into Unreal Engine for the beauty renders. My main goal with this project was to cover the entire pipeline, from the initial blockout to the final in-engine render.
I hope you like it! :)
